A process often begins with defining the strategic rationale for making acquisitions. A wide search of potential targets is conducted and matched against a set of predefined criteria. After contacting a selected number of companies a short list of candidates is derived. ScandCap assists in defining integration plans, analysing possible synergies, making financial valuations and finally structuring and negotiating commercial terms. ScandCap also assists with acquisition financing when necessary.
