Daniel Nilsson

Mr. Nilsson, partner. joined ScandCap in 2006.

Mr.Nilsson has significant M&A and debt advisory experience particularly from the private equity and banking industry. Mr. Nilsson has a solid background from the financial industry where he worked six years at the private equity firm EQT. During his tenure at EQT he mainly focused on M&A, portfolio company development and financing. Prior to EQT Mr. Nilsson has worked at Merrill Lynch, Enskilda Securities and Banco Fonder.

Mr. Nilsson holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics with exchange studies at University of St Gallen in Switzerland. Mr Nilsson has also studied at University of Wollongong in Australia and Stockholm University. Mr Nilsson is currently on the board of directors of Hagabergs Mekaniska AB.
