Oskar Säfström

Mr. Säfström, partner, joined ScandCap in 2011.

Mr. Säfström has significant experience from M&A transactions. Since 2003 Mr. Säfström has been project leader for more than 30 transactions. Mr. Säfström has also experience from equity capital markets including: right issues, LBO’s and IPO’s.  Previously Mr. Säfström was head of M&A at Thenberg & Kinde Fondkommission and he has also taken part in establishing and divesting Svensk FöretagsFörmedling. Further, he has substantial experiences of special situations working internationally with strategic changes.

Mr. Säfström has an entrepreneurial background combined with solid theoretical knowledge. Additionally, he has held several leadership courses for Volvo, Ericsson and IHM Business School amongst others.

Mr. Säfström is based in Gothenburg where he has an extensive business network and close relations with the local business community.

Mr. Säfström holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Business Administration from Dublin Business School.
