Stefan Karlsson

Mr. Karlsson is Partner at ScandCap since 2006. He has 15 years experience from the financial industry.

Prior to joining ScandCap Mr. Karlsson gained experience from the private equity industry working at EQT in Stockholm. Prior to that, Mr. Karlsson spent two years as CFO at AU-System UK Ltd. Mr. Karlsson spent the first five years of his career at Barclays Bank in London and Johannesburg predominantly working with leverage finance. Mr. Karlsson has broad international experience and has worked with investments and banking in the Nordics, the UK, South Africa and Germany.

Mr. Karlsson holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, from Luleå University, with exchange studies at Hamburg-Harburg University of Technology. Mr Karlsson has also studied at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Karlsson is currently Chairman of the board of directors of A-Search AB and a member of the Noxon Board of Directors.
