Mr. Johanson joined ScandCap in 2010.

Mr. Johanson has extensive experience from the steel and engineering industry where he has acted in several roles including CEO. Before joining ScandCap he worked for Outokumpu and Scana Industrier. He has also been a board member of the Swedish Steel Producers’ Association (Jernkontoret) and the Swedish Steel and Metal Industry Employers’ Organisation (SMF).

Mr. Johanson has been involved in several companies as owner over the years and has developed an expertise in business development and restructuring of companies. He has a broad international experience and have worked e.g. in the UK for two years.

Mr. Johanson holds a BSc degree in Economics and Busniess Administration from the University of Örebro.
